“I may not be for every business owner, but I am here for all business owners.”

Imagine a consultant at your disposal to solve your business problems and improve your organization’s growth and efficiency.  How much more confident would you be about the future performance of your organization?  How much more time and money could you save?

My name is Darlene Ziebell. During my career, I’ve climbed to the top of business success four times. Each time I learned more and more techniques and methods to make the climb faster and safer.

However, these business triumphs did not come without many challenges. My goal is to help you achieve the same business success I have by avoiding mistakes.  I can guide you every step of the way. From start-ups to turnarounds, businesses all face the same struggles.  Many high-profile business owners just don’t want to talk about the mistakes they made.

If you ever tried solving business problems you haven’t encountered before, you know how frustrating it is to start from scratch. Even then, you still aren’t sure if what you’re doing will end up wasting time and money.  Having someone by your side who already solved these business problems would be a huge help. That’s why businesses hire a consultant for support in the first place.

In my experience, business owners solve problems using the wrong solution.  I face this with the major organizations I guide in my consulting career.  Performing a test to determine if the problem owners are trying to solve is the real problem is a challenge an expert consultant can quickly solve.

Business owners and executives are solving issues they never encountered before. Whether my client was a Fortune 100 company or a newly formed startup, they struggle with the same problems.  When they hire me as a consultant to solve an obstacle, almost 100% of the time, I discover they search for solutions in the wrong place.

For most companies in the small and middle markets, hiring an experienced top-level consultant sounds like it would cost too much.  Not every business owner can afford this.  I believe everyone deserves to receive high-value business guidance, regardless of their budget.

Why face your business climb alone when you can follow a guide who’s been there before? Allow me to advise and show you the path to business success.

I offer the following services to small and middle-market companies. From strategic planning to operational efficiencies, I will guide your business for growth and continued sustainability.

How Do I Know If I Need a Business Coach?

What is Business Strategy Specialist?

Business coaching is the process where an experienced advisor helps entrepreneurs achieve their business goals. Use a business coach to help you with strategies and techniques to create a successful business. Using the advice of an experienced consultant may help you increase revenue and steady business profits. Learn specific marketing and business skills and boost clarity about your business vision. With me, you get both.

How Do I Know if Business Coaching Is Right for Me?
If you are an entrepreneur struggling to reach your financial goals, facing partnership challenges, seeking effective marketing plans, experiencing employee issues, or not sure what your business legacy is, perhaps you should consider an experienced business advisor to point out potential landmines and walk you through potential solutions.
Do You Only Work With Established Companies?
Not only do I work with established companies, I help many people create startup plans. Experienced in a variety of industries, I advise those companies selling or creating products, services, non-for-profits, education, manufacturing,  governments and others. Learn how to create a plan that includes strategies for future potential business issues. Failing to plan is planning for failure.
Do You Offer Ongoing Consulting Services?
I offer consulting services for all stages in the life of your business.  From startup to exit strategies.  Begin by enrolling for my online webcasts or call me to discuss a customized consulting program that meets your needs.
What is the difference between a coach and a consultant?

A business coach works with you to develop the skills you already have.  They bring out the best in you.  A business consultant is an expert you turn to for help with your business.  They teach you skills you don’t know.  They are well versed in business strategy which they use to help you gauge the direction and scalability of your business. They analyze the goals you have for your business and help you create a plan of action required to actually accomplish those goals! With me, you get both services.
