I didn’t know that I would become accomplished enough to launch four businesses of my own and advise hundreds of others to succeed.


Through lessons I learned from competitive challenges, employee confrontations, managing finances, and the importance of business law,  I designed sales and marketing strategies, growing annual sales in 7 and 8 figures.  Three of these businesses exited successfully in a merger, sale, and an ESOP with an 8-figure valuation. I also learned many lessons from an attempted IPO.

My name is Darlene Ziebell. During my career, I’ve climbed to the top of business success several times. Each time I learned more and more techniques and methods to make the climb faster and safer.

In my experience, business owners solve problems using the wrong solution.  I face this with the major organizations I guide in my consulting career.  Performing a test to determine if the problem owners are trying to solve is the real problem is a challenge an expert consultant can quickly solve.
